  Weddings - small, Religious functions, Meetings, Birthday Parties (excluding 21st), Other events which meet the conditions below.

  6.30am to 12.00pm (midnight)
  All cleaning should be completed by 12.00pm (midnight). Doors finally locked and vacated by 1.00am, otherwise additional charges will apply.

  Wastemaster - for disposal of liquid only
  
  
• Convenience
  Mens : Urinal + 3 Toilets + 1 disabled toilet + 1 shower
  Womens : 3 Toilets + 1 disabled toilet + shower
  
  
• Exclusion
  21st Birthday Parties - not available for use on this floor.
  Acceptable for 50th Birthday Party with a proviso of snacks.
  
  
• Food
  No Cooking but food can be warmed up.
  
  
• Cleaning Costs
  Cleaning costs are covered by the hire charges, however if the premises is left in a state where excessive cleaning is necessary to restore it to the state before the event, then the extra cleaning expense will be passed onto the hirer.
  
  
• Utility Charges
  $50.00 + GST
