Dining Hall
  • Usage
    Weddings, Birthday Parties (including 21st), Private Functions, Meetings

  • Hours
    6.30am to 12.00pm (midnight)
    All cleaning should be completed by 12.00pm (midnight). Doors finally locked and vacated by 1.00am, otherwise additional charges will apply.

  • Capacity
    300 maximum at any one time for continuous seating.
    180 for continuous seating sittings.

  • Provisions Tables, Chairs, Stage (False Stage)

  • Convenience
    Toilets Dining Hall Mens : Urinal + 1 Toilet
    Womens : 3 Toilets
    Lobby Hall Mens : Urinal + 5 Toilets + 1 disabled toilet
    Womens : 5 Toilets + 1 disabled toilet

  • Chairs & Tables
    After function return chairs & tables to their designated site to be stacked neatly. Do not Drag Chairs or tables across the floors which will leave marks and will be visible after cleaning.
    Ensure you use trolley’s to move them around.

  • Decoration
    Walls & Pillars - Do Not use nails, pins, sticky tape or any material which may cause damage or leave unsightly marks. Plastic hooks have been strategically placed for your purposes.

  • Own Provisions
    You would need to supply your own
    1. Paper for Table Tops
    2. Paper Plates
    3. Paper Cups
    4. Rubbish Bin (Large) – Hire - 2 cubic metre
    5. Utensils and other items for serving of meals.

  • Doorways & Emergency Exits
    These should be kept clear and free of any furniture at all times to meet Health & Safety regulations.

  • Picture Frames
    Do not remove or tamper with pictures.

  • Lighting & Air conditioning
    Ensure Complex Manager knows of your requirement of the time when you want the lights and air condition to be turned on.

  • Toilets
    Check to ensure state of toilets before the event.

  • Security Guard
    The host will be required to hire a security guard for events such as 21st birthday party and other functions as deemed necessary by the Association, which would allow for a controlled environment.

  • Cleaning Costs
    Foyer, Dining Hall, Kitchen, Toilets – $250.00 (incl GST)
    The following services provided to keep the above costs to a minimal.
    Dining Hall, Kitchen - Floors get mopped & polished.
    Foyer - Vacuumed
    Toilets (Foyer & Dining Hall area) - Cleaned

    Hirers Responsibility
    Chairs to be stacked against the wall without causing any damage. Do Not Drag Chairs across floors.
    Tables folded, placed on long trolley and returned to it’s storage site.
    Floor swept up and all debris picked up.
    If the premises is left in a state where excessive cleaning is necessary to restore it to the state before the event, then the extra cleaning charge may be passed on to the hirer.

  • Utility Charges
    Relates to use of Power, Gas, Water, etc and are separate to hire charges as shown under Hire Charges.

  • Opening Hours
    On weekends, the Complex Manager will provide access no earlier than 6.00am depending on the type pf function.

  • Charges
    All hire charges listed are exclusive of GST unless specified.
